1. General Provisions
1.1. These Partner Program Terms (“Terms”) regulate participation in the CopyBanner referral program.
1.2. The program applies to all users of the CopyBanner platform, operated by COPYBANNER LIMITED
(Company Number 16817772, 85 Tottenham Ct Rd, London W1T 4TQ, United Kingdom).
1.3. By participating in the program, the User confirms acceptance of these Terms, the Moderation Policy,
the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use.

2. Definitions
Partner — a user who invites another user via their referral link.
Referred Creator — a user who edits/creates videos and earns revenue.
Referred Advertiser — a user who launches advertising campaigns and spends funds.
Referral Link — a unique link available in the Partner’s dashboard.

3. How the Program Works
3.1. The Partner shares their unique referral link on social media, websites, or directly with other users.
3.2. A person registers through the link and automatically becomes attached to the Partner.
3.3. The Partner receives 5% from:
— the earnings of the Referred Creator;
— the advertising expenditures of the Referred Advertiser.
3.4. Rewards continue as long as:
— the Creator keeps earning;
— the Advertiser continues spending.

4. Rewards
4.1. The referral reward rate is fixed at 5% for Level 1.
4.2. No multi‑level structure is used — only direct invitations.
4.3. Rewards are based solely on confirmed platform statistics.
4.4. Examples:
— You invite a Creator who earns $100 → You receive $5.
— You invite an Advertiser who spends $200 → You receive $10.

5. Payouts
5.1. All partner rewards are paid weekly in USDT (TRC‑20).
5.2. Minimum thresholds and payout timing may be adjusted by the platform.
5.3. Network or payment provider commissions may apply.

6. Restrictions and Prohibitions
6.1. It is prohibited to:
— create multiple accounts for personal gain;
— register yourself via your own referral link;
— use fraudulent traffic sources (bots, fake clicks, forced registrations);
— mislead users or coerce them into registration;
— engage in any form of manipulation or fraud.

6.2. CopyBanner may suspend or disable referral rewards if:
— fraud is detected;
— suspicious activity or manipulation is found;
— prohibited advertising methods are used.

7. Anti‑Fraud & Verification
7.1. All activities pass automated and manual verification.
7.2. The Company may temporarily freeze rewards for investigation.
7.3. If a violation is confirmed, the account may be blocked.

8. Liability
8.1. The Company is not a tax agent.
8.2. The Partner is responsible for declaring and handling their referral income.
8.3. The Company does not guarantee income and is not responsible for the actions of invited users.

9. Termination of Participation
9.1. The Partner may stop participating at any time.
9.2. The Company may disable participation if the Terms are violated.
9.3. Rewards obtained in violation of the rules may be revoked.

10. Updates
10.1. These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
10.2. The latest version is published on copybanner.com.
