1. General Provisions
1.1. This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) defines the rules and conditions for using the CopyBanner platform.
1.2. The platform is operated by COPYBANNER LIMITED, registered in the United Kingdom (Company Number 16817772, 85 Tottenham Ct Rd, London W1T 4TQ, United Kingdom).
1.3. By registering or using the platform, the User fully accepts these Terms.
1.4. The Company may update the Terms unilaterally. The latest version is published on the website.
1.5. If the User does not agree with these Terms, they must stop using the platform.

2. Registration
2.1. Access to the platform requires registration or authorization.
2.2. The User must provide accurate and up‑to‑date information.
2.3. The User is responsible for the security of their account.
2.4. Sharing account access is prohibited.

3. Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Company ensures platform operation within technical capabilities.
3.2. The User agrees not to violate laws, intellectual property rights, platform rules, or security systems.
3.3. The User is fully responsible for their content and actions.
3.4. The Company may restrict access in case of violations or suspicion of fraud.

4. Platform Usage
4.1. The platform provides tools for uploading content, inserting advertising banners, tracking performance, and monetization.
4.2. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
4.3. Any interference with platform algorithms is prohibited.

5. User Content
5.1. The User retains rights to their content but grants the Company a non‑exclusive worldwide license for moderation, analytics, and demonstrating platform functionality.
5.2. The User confirms they have rights to all uploaded materials.
5.3. The Company may remove content violating the Agreement.

6. Moderation
6.1. All content may undergo automated or manual moderation.
6.2. The Company may reject content without explanation.
6.3. Moderation statuses include: “Approved”, “Pending Review”, “Rejected”, “Frozen”.

7. Prohibited Actions
Users may not:
— use bots, fraudulent traffic, or artificial inflation;
— upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content;
— upload adult content, hate speech, or copyrighted material without permission;
— attempt to manipulate algorithms or statistics.

8. Liability
8.1. The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.
8.2. The Company is not liable for failures of third‑party services, data loss, indirect damages, or loss of profit.
8.3. The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid to the User within the past 90 days.

9. Intellectual Property
All platform materials, including design, code, text, graphics, and trademarks, belong to COPYBANNER LIMITED.

10. Termination
10.1. The User may delete their account at any time.
10.2. The Company may terminate access for violations.
10.3. Account deletion removes access to statistics and stored data.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
In case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.

13. Additional Provisions

13.1. Referral Program Rules
The User may participate in the CopyBanner referral program if available. Conditions of participation, reward calculation, levels, and limitations are governed by the separate document “Referral Program Terms”. The User agrees to comply with these rules when participating.

13.2. Data Processing and Storage (UK GDPR)
CopyBanner processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The Company stores only the minimum amount of data necessary for platform operation, security, moderation, and analytics. The User may request deletion, correction, or access to their data according to the procedures described in the Privacy Policy.
